Support: one inbox, a person behind it, and no pretend service level

Neopiq is a small company, and the honest version of support at a small company is a named channel, stated hours, and a response target we actually intend to hit — not a promise dressed up as a contract. This page is that version, for ChatAdmin (which administers Microsoft Azure by conversation) and the Planning Data Auditor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

The commitment, stated exactly

Where and when

Write to support@neopiq.ai. The inbox is read Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET. We aim to send a first substantive response — not an auto-acknowledgement — within one business day.

What that target is, and is not

One business day is a target, not a contractual SLA. We publish it because it is what we hold ourselves to; we do not attach penalties, uptime percentages or response statistics to it, because we have none to show you yet and will not invent any. If your procurement process requires a contractual service level, say so in your first e-mail and we will tell you plainly whether we can offer one.

If it is urgent

Call 0041 78 223 6716. A person answers when a person can; outside the hours above, e-mail first so the details are in writing and the call has something to work from.

What to put in a report, so the first reply is useful

A report we can act on in one round-trip beats three rounds of clarification. The list below is what actually shortens the loop.

For any report

  • Which product — ChatAdmin or the Planning Data Auditor
  • What you did — the steps, in order
  • What you expected, and what happened instead
  • The exact error text, copied verbatim rather than paraphrased
  • When it happened, with your timezone

Product-specific details that help

  • Planning Data Auditor: your browser and version, and which check or extract the problem involves. Do not attach your business data — the tool never sends it to us, and neither should you. Column names and the tool’s own messages are enough.
  • ChatAdmin: the action name and timestamp as they appear in the audit trail, and whether the change was approved, declined, or timed out.

The Planning Data Auditor is free, and comes without individual support

The Planning Data Auditor runs in your browser and stores nothing — we cannot see your session, your files, or your findings, so there is genuinely nothing on our side to look into. For a free tool built that way, individual support is not part of the deal, and we would rather say so here than let an inbox imply otherwise.

What exists instead: the documentation covers what the tool checks, the extracts it needs, and how to read a finding — and the tool itself reports any check it could not run and why. If the tool has a genuine defect (it crashes, a check misfires on well-formed input), report it to support@neopiq.ai; defects we fix for everyone. And if you have run the check and want the findings challenged or interpreted, that is a conversation, not a ticket — write to contact@neopiq.ai.

Security problems take a different door

If you have found a vulnerability — in this website, in the Planning Data Auditor, or in ChatAdmin — do not put it in the general support queue. The security page says exactly how to report it and what happens next.

Most questions are answered before they are asked

The documentation covers what each product does, what it needs, and where it stops. Start there; write to us when it does not answer you.
